Hamada Zahawi is a bi-lingual attorney and entrepreneur, with over 15 years of experience working at the intersection of transactional law, international development, operations, and education advocacy. He has served many roles in his career including in-house counsel, COO, and attorney-advisor. Hamada currently advises a number of med tech start-ups, private equity firms, real estate investors, and legal tech companies in the U.S. and abroad.
Previously, Hamada was an International Attorney-Advisor with the U.S. Department of Commerce, advising ministers, judges, and business leaders in commercial law reform. Prior to government, Hamada was in private practice, focusing on Project Finance and Int'l Commercial Law with Baker & McKenzie, Pillsbury Winthrop, and King & Spalding.
In 2021, Hamada created www.Final50.world, a project to visit every country while telling inspiring stories of locals everywhere. This project has in turn helped expand VGA's service offerings in leadership development in our increasingly globalized world.
